摘要

我是一位建築與藝術歷史理論學者。 我的專業領域主要在於建築、城市、藝術、設計與文化議題在歷史與理論範疇下的批判性及比較研究。自2002年起,我累積了一系列跨國與跨領域的學術教學以及研究經歷,我的研究與教學專長跨足人文學科,包括藝術史論、建築史論、都市史論、設計史論、文化史論以及亞太地區的後殖民批判及理論研究。作為學術溝通的平台,我可以以流利的英文及中文進行教學、研究與發表。Heteroglossic Asia (Routledge, 2015)是我的第一本專書著作,近期我也發表了一本關於當代亞洲文化、建築與都市現象及其理論化探討的專書Architectural Theorisations and Phenomena in Asia (Palgrave Macmillan, 2017)。除此之外,我目前正著手撰寫一本關於當代亞洲城市與建築展示性之學術專書The Chosen Architectural Displayness in Asia,這本書將於2021年左右由Lexington Books出版。作為一個有經驗的年輕學者,豐富以及具國際觀的學術以及行政團隊經歷也是我在高等教育領域中於本身研究以及教學專長之外具競爭力的特點。基於這樣的經歷,我於2019年獲得吳大猷先生紀念獎的肯定。
