Q: I received an email with the following order status change, what does this mean?
Customer has completed checkout process, but payment has yet to be confirmed.
Customer has completed the checkout process and payment has been confirmed. We are packing your order and preparing to ship it. Once it has shipped you will receive another email with the tracking number.
Order is not yet in stock, and is waiting to ship. You have paid to be among the first to receive this product once we get it in stock. Thank you for your order.
If an item is back ordered, it means the item is currently out of stock but that there are shipments on their way to re-stock our warehouse and we are working hard to get them to you ASAP. Click here for more information about BACKORDERS
Only some items in the order have been shipped, due to some products being pre-order only or on backorder.
Store Credit Has Been Issued
Client has been issued a store credit that can be redeemed by logging into their account at cashmerehairextensions.com and used as payment towards another purchase.
To apply store credit to an order when checking out, first log in to your account. Once logged in, you will see the available store credit listed in the top menu bar of the homepage or on the account page.

When going to check out, you will be given the option to use the store credit to pay for their order or to use an alternative payment method and save the store credit for a future purchase.

Order has been shipped, some orders will be provided with a tracking number where you can track it's progress and estimated delivery date.
Seller has completed an order, if you picked up your order, or if it was combined with another order and shipped together.
Seller has marked the order as cancelled and your order has been refunded.
