    PayBright (Canadian customers) - Yes, you are able to repay in full or in part at any time, with no penalty. To make an extra payment, you can log into your online account.

  • How can I increase my chance of being accepted by Klarna?

    To give Klarna the best chance of accepting you for Pay Over Time or Buy Now, Pay Later, you should:

    • Use your full name
    • Ensure your billing address is accurate and up to date (this should be where your financial account is registered)
    • Ship your order to your billing address

  • Why have I not been offered Pay Later?

    Although Pay Later is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay Later method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including the amount of the order, the e-store, previous order history, and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying via credit or debit card at the checkout or by using Klarna's Pay Over Time option.

  • Why have I only been accepted for a certain order value?

    This is the maximum amount of credit Klarna will offer you at this time. You are welcome to contact Klarna support for more information.

  • Why wasn't my application accepted by Klarna?

    Klarna will do an instant screening process when you try to checkout, and if the user does not meet the requirements the transaction will be rejected. If you have any further questions regarding this, Klarna support will be able to assist you further as we do not know the logistics of why the transaction was denied.

    Once we have canceled your order and issued your refund, Klarna will cancel the statement and refund any payments that have been made. Whatever payments that are outstanding will be canceled.

    If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to your original method of payment. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely. Your refund will then be processed within 14 days.
