How do I refer a friend to give $10 and get $10 off my order?
Head to the Luxy Rewards page & either sign up or sign into your account.
You are now ready to start referring to your friends. Simply enter the email address of the person you would like to refer or share your link via text message or your favorite social channels.
Once your friend visits your unique referral link, they will then be presented with a discount code which should be copied for pasting at checkout.
If your friend's purchase is not made through this link, you will not receive your points. For the referral to be valid, your friend must be a new customer and must not already have a Luxy account.
NOTE: Your referral code should not be promoted on third-party websites or apps that promote coupons - such as Honey, RetailMeNot, DealsCove, etc. If we find that your coupon code has been uploaded, your account will be blocked from our rewards program and any points awarded will be removed.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

When referring a friend, ensure you scroll to the Refer-a-Friend section in your account or go to our Rewards page and send your friend your unique link to make their purchase through. If their purchase is not made through this link, you will not receive your points. For the referral to be valid, your friend must be a new customer and must not already have a Luxy account.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Points remain 'pending' for 30 days after a purchase has been made, to accommodate for our 60-day return policy. Once this timeframe expires, your points status will change to 'approved'.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
Do the points expire?
Yes. Points will expire within 12 months if your account has been inactive during this time period. Inactivity means that you have not earned or redeemed any points.
Example: I earn points January 1st, 2019 by liking Luxy Hair on Facebook and placing an order. For the next 12 months, however, I do not earn or redeem any further points. I do not redeem any vouchers or refer a friend that would otherwise earn me points. Come December 31st, 2019, any points I had in my account will expire.
If, however, I had redeemed a voucher for a new purchase in June 2019 (redeemed), or liked the Luxy Hair Instagram page (earned), my points would not be eligible for expiration again until June 2020.
