  • Can I share my referral code on coupon databases?
    No. Your referral code should not be promoted on third-party websites or apps that promote coupons - such as Honey, RetailMeNot, DealsCove, etc. If we find that your coupon code has been uploaded, your account will be blocked from our rewards program and any points awarded will be removed.
  • How many points will I get per purchase?

    Below we've listed how many points you'll receive for each set, and what discounts you're eligible for based on the points collected from your purchase.

  • What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

    Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

  • How do I leave the program?

    If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

  • Can I use my points during checkout?

    Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

  • Can I receive points for past purchases?

    Sadly, no. Please ensure that you have created a Luxy Rewards account before purchasing, and are logged in when making your purchase.

  • I referred a friend but didn't earn any points!

    When referring a friend, ensure to click the "Refer Friends" tab, and to send your friend your unique link to make their purchase through. If their purchase is not made through this link, you will not receive your points. For the referral to be valid, your friend must be a NEW customer and must not already have a Luxy account.

  • I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

    It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

  • Why did my account balance go down?

    You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

  • What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

    Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

  • What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

    Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

    Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Points remain 'pending' for 30 days after a purchase has been made, to accommodate for our 60-day return policy. Once this timeframe expires, your points status will change to 'approved'.

    Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

  • Do the points expire?

    Yes. Points will expire within 12 months if your account has been inactive during this time period. Inactivity means that you have not earned or redeemed any points.

    Example: I earn points January 1st, 2019 by liking Luxy Hair on Facebook and placing an order. For the next 12 months, however, I do not earn or redeem any further points. I do not redeem any vouchers or refer a friend that would otherwise earn me points. Come December 31st, 2019, any points I had in my account will expire.

    If, however, I had redeemed a voucher for a new purchase in June 2019 (redeemed), or liked the Luxy Hair Instagram page (earned), my points would not be eligible for expiration again until June 2020.

  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

    No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

  • How do I redeem my points?

    In order to redeem your points for a reward, you will need to sign into your account. Then, scroll down and you will see the Rewards widget. Select the tab called Get Rewards. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. You will then copy & paste the discount code at checkout to use your reward.

  • How do I view my point balance?

    Your point balance is in the rewards widget in your Account on the top bar.

  • How do I earn points?

    You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu. Hint hint: referring new friends is the FASTEST way to get rewards!

  • Who can join?

    Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

  • What is the Luxy Rewards Loyalty Program?

    This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

  • How do I refer a friend to give $10 and get $10 off my order?

    With our rewards program, you can refer a friend so that they receive $10 off their order, and you receive $10 off yours - it's a win-win situation! Review the quick steps below on how to share your referral code, so you can share the joy of long and voluminous hair.

    Step #1 - Navigate to our accounts page. It's the second icon from the left.

    Step #2 - Login to your account. If you do not have an account with us, you'll need to create one to have access to our rewards program.

    Step #3 - Scroll down to the very bottom of our accounts page until you see the rewards widget. Click on the "Refer friends" tab on the left hand side.

    From here, you're able to share your referral code via multiple different channels - whether it's on Twitter, WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, or a direct link.

    Step #4 - Your friend will then be presented with a discount code which should be copied for pasting at checkout.

    Step #5 - At checkout, look for the "Gift card or discount code" field over to the right-hand side. Paste the discount code to redeem the $10 discount.

    Once your friend has completed their purchase, we'll add 1,000 points to your account so you may also redeem $10 off your next order of Luxy Hair extensions.

    Please note: If we find that you are uploading your referral code on web browser plug-ins like Honey or coupon websites, your account will be blocked and we will not award you the points for the orders that used your code.
