You will then be redirected to complete your payment directly on Klarna's website. If you have chosen Buy Now, Pay Later, Klarna will send you an email with instructions on how to pay.

How does Pay Over Time work?

This option allows you to split your payments up into 4 bi-weekly payments. At the time of purchase, you are required to pay a quarter of the price upfront, and the remainder will be split into bi-weekly payments. No invoice or instructions sent - you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy your purchase. You will be charged automatically every two weeks beginning at the time your order is shipped. All scheduled payments are communicated to you by email.

How does Pay Later in 30 days work?

You must be over the age of 18 to be eligible for Pay Later. This option allows you to pay in one lump sum 30 days after shipping. Your order will be delivered to you before you have to pay. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with instructions to pay. You'll have up to 30 days to pay the full price of your purchase. You’re welcome to pay earlier than 30 days if you wish.

Is there a fee to use Pay Later?

There is no fee to use Pay Later. If your invoice is not paid by the due date, you may be subject to a late fee.

What if I cancel or return my order?

Once we have canceled your order and issued your refund, Klarna will cancel the statement and refund any payments that have been made. Whatever payments that are outstanding will be canceled.

How will I be refunded?

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to your original method of payment. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely. Your refund will then be processed within 14 days.

Why have I not been offered Pay Later?

Although Pay Later is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay Later method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including the amount of the order, the e-store, previous order history, and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying via credit or debit card at the checkout or by using Klarna's Slice It option.

Why wasn't my application accepted by Klarna?

Klarna will do an instant screening process when you try to checkout, and if the user does not meet the requirements the transaction will be rejected. If you have any further questions regarding this, Klarna support will be able to assist you further as we do not know the logistics of why the transaction was denied.

I still have questions, how can I reach Klarna?

You can reach Klarna anytime at https://www.klarna.com/us/customer-service.
