Exchange and Return Policy
To exchange or return your product, simply ship it back:
As soon as we receive your package and make sure the exchange&return rules have been followed, we will proceed and place a new order for you or make a refund to the credit card you submitted with your original order (note it make take up to 30 days for your package to be processed).
If you have any questions, email our customer care department at email@example.com. Our customer care agents will answer as soon as possible (weekends are free, emails sent later on Friday and over the weekend will be addressed on Monday).
Returning an Irresistible Me product
1. As long as you didn't use the extensions and you are able to ship back the entire product in maximum 30 days from the day it was delivered in its original box, we will be happy to refund or exchange the extensions for you. Make sure and send the set back without opening the transparent package they came in and without breaking the seals on the big section of the transparent package. You can take out the sample piece from the small section and see if you like the hair, but once you open the big section the warranty is voided and you cannot send them back for a return or exchange anymore.
2. Returns and Exchanges from the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and US territories) are free. Contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to generate your pre-paid label with a tracking number. We'll send the label to you by email, print it, tape it outside the box and use it to ship the package back free of charge.
Returns and Exchanges from outside the U.S. are NOT currently offered a free pre-paid return label. Shipping costs of returns and exchanges from outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer.
There is NO restocking fee or charge to return your product, and we refund you 100%.
