  Exchange and Return Policy 

  • Exchanges and Returns are free for US customers. International customers will have to cover the shipping fees of their exchange or return.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for an exchange or return package to be processed.
  • Any balance due to your exchange will be refunded or credited to the credit card submitted with your original order.
  • All products are exchangeable or returnable, with the exception of the HAIR CARE products. All sales for those products are final. 


To exchange or return your product, simply ship it back:

  • Maximum 30 days from the day it was delivered.
  • In its original box, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free, with the protective seals intact - all hair which has been used can't be exchanged. Any Hair Tools you send back have to be returned in their original boxes too.
  • The sample weft provided is packed separately to give you a better look at the shade, length, and texture without opening the full set. Do not wear it, wash it, dye it or use it in any way unless you are certain you want to keep the extensions.


As soon as we receive your package and make sure the exchange&return rules have been followed, we will proceed and place a new order for you or make a refund to the credit card you submitted with your original order (note it make take up to 30 days for your package to be processed).

Returning an Irresistible Me product 

1. As long as you didn't use the extensions and you are able to ship back the entire product in maximum 30 days from the day it was delivered in its original box, we will be happy to refund or exchange the extensions for you. Make sure and send the set back without opening the transparent package they came in and without breaking the seals on the big section of the transparent package. You can take out the sample piece from the small section and see if you like the hair, but once you open the big section the warranty is voided and you cannot send them back for a return or exchange anymore. 

2. Returns and Exchanges from the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and US territories) are free. Contact our Customer Service at help@irresistibleme.com for us to generate your pre-paid label with a tracking number. We'll send the label to you by email, print it, tape it outside the box and use it to ship the package back free of charge.

Returns and Exchanges from outside the U.S. are NOT currently offered a free pre-paid return label. Shipping costs of returns and exchanges from outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please email our customer care support at help@irresistibleme.com to assist you with your return from abroad and get all the information you need to send the package back. Please DO NOT return the package without contacting us in advance. The refund or exchange can't be processed without having your return request registered in our system.
Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this will result in delays. 

There is NO restocking fee or charge to return your product, and we refund you 100%.

If your product is ineligible for exchange or refund we can:

  • Return the product to you
  • Donate the product.
Ineligible products will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.
