For US orders we offer 2 shipping options:
For international orders
Please take into account the processing time (3-5 business days) that will add to the shipping time.
Depending on stock availability, please check the page of the product you are ordering to see if other periods apply.
Expect your order to arrive within a total 5-10 business days in the US and within 12-18 business days internationally.
Because our 100% human hair wigs are handmade, for products from the Full Lace Wigs line, the processing is going to take between 15 and 20 days from the moment you placed the order. Please check the message for the particular product you want; if it's in stock it will ship a lot faster.
Due to the high demand for certain products, they are only available for pre-ordering and in that case the processing time can take as much as 4 - 6 weeks.
On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed above.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

2. If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).
