Please take into account the processing time (3-5 business days) that will add to the shipping time.
Depending on stock availability, please check the page of the product you are ordering to see if other periods apply.
Expect your order to arrive within a total 3-10 business days in the US and within 12-18 business days internationally.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
Orders can be tracked through our carriers:
- DHL eCommerce: webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com
- DHL Express: http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html
- UPS: http://www.ups.com

2. If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).
