Shipping & Delivery

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes 3-5 business days to process your order, unless a different processing period is mentioned on the product page when you select the desired length and weight combination, after which we will ship your parcel. Please note that some orders are automatically processed and any post-order modifications are not guaranteed although we are doing our best to comply with all the requests.

We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you have any questions, please contact us at help@irresistibleme.com.

Our customer team will answer as soon as possible (please note weekends are free, emails sent later on Friday and over the weekend will be addressed on Monday).

For US orders we offer 2 shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery - FREE - The order will be delivered in 3 to 7 business days after processing time
  • 2-Day Shipping Priority -  $19.95 - The order will be delivered by FedEx in 2  business days (for orders placed before 2 PM EST / 11 AM PST) / 3 business days (for orders placed after 2 PM EST / 11 AM PST) after processing time (1 business day). Please note that this service doesn't apply for PO Boxes.

For international orders

  • Free worldwide shipping for orders over $149
  • Worldwide Shipping $14.95 for orders under $149

Please take into account the processing time (3-5 business days) that will add to the shipping time. 

Depending on stock availability, please check the page of the product you are ordering to see if other periods apply.  

Expect your order to arrive within a total 5-10 business days in the US and within 12-18 business days internationally.

Because our 100% human hair wigs are handmade, for products from the Full Lace Wigs line, the processing is going to take between 15 and 20 days from the moment you placed the order. Please check the message for the particular product you want; if it's in stock it will ship a lot faster. 

Due to the high demand for certain products, they are only available for pre-ordering and in that case, the processing time can take as much as 4 - 6 weeks.

On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time. 
1. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and we cannot be held liable for UPS, USPS and DHL eCommerce guarantees.
All of our shipments include a Tracking Number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.

We will NOT refund shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet the guaranteed shipping times.  
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

2. If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).
