一、徵才對象
- 本所為在「後成長時代的國土重構」、「健康城鄉與高齡化社會」、「居住文化與都市再生」、「氣候變遷與都市空間綠色轉型」等研究領域究擴充相關師資，擬徵求在此領域已有傑出成就之學者，或優秀且具發展潛力之年輕學者。
- 具備良好表達與溝通能力，能勝任研究、教學與所務工作，並認同本所長期發展方向者。
二、申請書表
請應徵者下載本所教職申請書及繳送資料清單，並按申請書規定之格式及內容填寄足以證明申請者合乎上述條件之相關文件。無論聘用與否，應徵者提供之著作以留供存參為原則。如需退還者，請註明。申請者須提供下列資料電子檔如下：
- 教職申請表。
- 送審作品表。
- 履歷表(含學經歷、主要專長、作品目錄及可擔任課程等)。
- 最高學位證書影本(已取得者)。
- 研究所成績單(申請助理教授者)。
- 3至5位推薦人之聯絡資訊。
- 代表作品1篇(需於預定起聘日2022年2月1日回算五年內出版者)，及參考作品4篇以內 (需於起聘日2022年2月1日回算七年內出版者)。
三、作業程序
- 初審、外審：本所將於收到完整申請資料後，隨即進行所內初審，視申請人專長領域及學術、專業表現，決定是否將其著作送請外審。
- 邀請演講：本所將於考量員額、申請人之專長及專業學術表現等條件後，決定是否邀請完成初審、外審的申請人來所演講，向全體師生介紹其研究工作及教學理念。
- 申請結果將綜合申請人各方面表現而決定之。

The Graduate Institute of Building and Planning at National Taiwan University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the level of assistant, associate or full professor. The position is expected to begin from February 1, 2022, and is open for applicants with research specialties and interests related to following theme(s)
- Re-construction of National Land in the post-growth era
- Healthy rural and urban environments, Ageing society
